

I Can Serve stands for information on Breast Cancer and other Services. Founded in 1999, it is a non-stock,non-profit foundation based in Manila, Philippines. It is dedicated to high impact information campaigns on breast cancer.
Its mission is to arm women with breast care health and breast cancer information so they can make informed decisions about their health. It also provides access to special services that will help the breast cancer survivor recover and heal more effectively.
The foundation publishes a book every three years "I Can Serve: A Network of People, Places and Services for the Philippine Breast Cancer Community" and distributes it for free.
I Can serve has a counseling hotline (632-687-39-42) and can also be reached via e-mail (icanserve@yahoo.com). All calls or letters are confidential. Callers and letter senders can stay anonymous. The hotline and e-mail are manned by breast cancer survivors. The foundation also conducts symposiums, forums, produce breast cancer awareness TV commercials and embarks on fund raising projects.
The foundation is an advocacy group that networks with as many breast cancer survivors and breast cancer support groups in the country.
